AUGUST 1, 1955
BE IT RESOLVED AND ORDERED that the Plans and Specifications, now on
file in the office of the City Building Department, for the following work,
be one and the same are hereby approved and adopted:
The furnishing of all materials, labor, transportation, equipment and
services for the construction of a swimming pool all in accordance with Plans
and Specifications on file in the office of said City Building Department.
BE IT FJRTHER RESOLVED AND ORDERED that the Form of Notice Inviting
Bids now on file in the office of said City Building Department is hereby
adopted and approved, and the prevailing wage scale or rate of per diem wages
as set forth in the Notice Inviting Bids is hereby adopted for said public work.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED AND ORDERED that the Form of Agreement to be
executed by the successful bidder, on file in the office of the Santa Ana City
Building Department, is hereby adopted and approved.
Purchasing Agent is directed to advertise in the official newspaper of
the City as prescribed by the City Charter; opening of proposals to be by said
Purchasing Agent at lO:OO A. M., August 26th, 1955, $n Roc~ 103, City Hall,
Santa Ana, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha at its
regular meeting held on the 1st day of August, 1955.
