AND CLOSING OF ~N LfNNA~D ALLEY BETWEEN FIRST AND SECOND
STREETS, 'NEST OF LACY STREET
WHEREAS, heretofore, on the 20th day of June, 19~ the City
Council adopted Resolution No. ~-18~ declaring its intention to va-
cate an unnamed alley, which said Resolution was published and posted
as required by law; and
WHEreAS, public hearing was duly held on the 18th day of July,
19~5, upon due notice in said Resolution and said poster notices
contained;
NOW, THEREFORE, AFTER DUE HEARING, BE IT RESOLVED: That the
City Council of the City of Santa Arm hereby finds, from all the
evidence submitted, Bat the unnamed alley hereinbelow and in said
Resolution described is unnecessary for present or prospective street
purposes.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That said City Council hereby makes
its Order vacating, abandoning and closing up for street purposes,
that certain unnamed alley in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange,
State of California, described as:
A ten foot alley connecting First Street and Second
Street, and lyin~ between Lots 15 and 16 and 4 and 3 of
Jennings and Foster Addition to Santa Ana, as shown on a
map in Bock 12, page 7~ of the Official Records of Los
Angeles County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the l~th day of August , 1955.
