,~,~REAS, OTTO A. WAL~hN and SOPHIA L. WALI~, husband and wi£e, have
presented to the City Council a grant deed dated August 11, 1955, conveying
property in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of California de-
scribed as:
An easement for street pttrposes,
Begirming at a point in the center line of Eighth Street, (formerly
Hickey Street) distant thereon S. 89° ~2' 1~,0" W. 11~.80 feet from the
Southwest corner of the two acre tract conveyed by Augusta E. Towner
to Wm. M. knmaht by deed recorded in Book 82, page 587 of Deeds, Records
of Los Angeles County, California; thence N. 0° 00' 20" W. 379.50 feet
to a point in the Southerly line of Tract No. 1~8 as shown on a map
recorded in Book [6, page 37~ ldiscel!aneo~s Maps, Records of Orange
County, California, distant thereon S. 87~ [2' hO" W. 15.80 feet from
the center line of bfestwood lvenue~ as shores on said map of Tract No.
15[$~ thence S. 89° l~2' hO" W. 16.20 feet to an angle point in the
boundary line of said Tract No. 1558, said angle point being on a curve
concave i~esterty and having a radius of 970 feet, a radial line passing
through said point bears N. ~9O 59' ~9" W.; thence Sou%betty aiong said
curve t]?'ough a central angle of h° 1t' 2? an arc te~gth of 70.96 feet

deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said deed to be
recorded with the Coun±~ Recorder of Orange Co,~ty, California.
