QUITCLAIM DEED
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF
WHEREAS, Grantee in that certain deed hereinbelow referred
to, has offered for recording, a Final Nap of Tract No. 2752 and
has asked the City to convey certain land owned by the City along
the frontage of Myrtle Street and to remove its chlorinator there-
from to certain other land granted to the City to the North thereof,
all at the expense of said Grante~ and for the benefit of said
Grantee; and
~HEREAS, a satisfactory arrangement for the installation of
stonm drains and the payment of the costs of relocating the chlori-
nation station have been made;
NOW, TI~REFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the Clerk
of the Council are hereby directed to execute and deliver a quitclaim
deed in the name of the City of Santa Aha quitclaiming to CATHERINE
H. SIEGEL, a married woman, whatever right, title or interest the
City may have in and to that certain property in the City of Santa Ana,
County of 0range, State of California, described as:
The South 17 feet of the North 42 feet of tlie Wast [~0 feet
of Lot 4 of Tract No. 488 as shown on a Hap recorded in'Book
17, Page ~ of ~iscellaneous Naps, records of Orange County,
EXCEPTING THEHEFROM the West 30 feet.
RESERVIi~ unto the Grantor herein an easement for drainage
purposes over the above described land.
PASSED AND AD0. PTED by the City, Council of the City of Santa Aha
at its regular meetzng held on the bth day of September, 1955.
