?[{EREAS, Grantee in that certain deed hereinbelow referred to,
has offered for recording, a Final ~ap of Tract No. 27~2 and has
asked the City to convey certain land owned by the City along the
frontage of ~Eyrtle Street and to remove its chlorinator therefrom to
certain other land granted to the City to the North thereof, and in
consideration of the installation of certain storm and sanitary sewers
necessary to said Tract No. ~752, all at the expense of said Grantee
and for the benefit of said Grantee; and
~{EREAS, a satisfactory arrangement for the installation of
storm drains and' the payment of the costs of relocatir~ the chlorina-
tion station have been made;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL~ED: That the Mayor and the Clerk
of the Council are hereby directed to execute and deliver a quitclaim
deed in the name of the City of Santa Aha quitclaiming to INC0~gE CENTERS,
Inc., a Corporation, whatever right, title or interest the City may
have in and to that certain property in the City of Santa Ana, County
of Orange, State of California, described as:
PARCEL 1: The East 100 feet of the Southerly 65 feet of
Lot 4 of Tract No. 488 as sho~wa on a Map recorded in Book 17Li
Page ~ of Miscellaneous Naps, records of Orange County, Cal
fornia.
PARCEL 2: The Southerly 35 feet of Lot 4 of Tract No. 488
as shown on a Nap recorded in Book 17, Page 4 of Miscellaneous
Naps, records of Orange County, California.
EXCEPTING THEREFRON the Easterly 100 feet.
ALSO EXCEPTING THEREFROM the Westerly 30 feet.
RESERVING unto the Grantor, an easement for street purposes
over and across the Southerly 30 feet of Parcel i and Parcel 2.
ALSO RESERVING unto the Grantor, a sewer easement across
Parcel i as a continuation of and as the same is shown in a deed
Recorded in Book 956 at Page ~70, Records of said Orange Connty.
