ACCEPTING GRANT DEED
WHEREAS, WINNIE FARRAR TRIPLETT, a widow, has presented to
the City Council a grant deed dated August 17, 1955 conveying prop-
erty described as:
An easement for street purposes over,
The Easterly 5 feet of the following described property:
Lot 5 in Block 3 of the South Side Additions to Santa
Ana, in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of
California, as shown on a map thereof recorded in Book 3,
Page ~%, Miscellaneous Maps, Records of said Orange County.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed
to cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange
County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana
at its regular meeting held on the 6th day of ~eptember · 1955.
