CONCERNING PARKING LIMITATIONS AND CURB MARKINGS IN ACCORDANCE T~ER~ITH:
BE IT RESOLVED: That pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code of the
State of California and Section 3201 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code, the City Council
hereby establishes parking regulations and limitations as set forth in Section 3215
of the Santa Ana Municipal Code, as follows:
FIFTH STREET
Onthe North side of Fifth Street, between Main Street and Bush Street,
located as follows:
1. The east 40 feet of the West 50 feet
2. The east 40 feet of the West 100 feet
On the South side of Fifth Street, between Main Street and Bush Street,
located as follows:
1. The east 20 feet of the West $8 feet
2. The east 40 feet of the West 86 feet
and said curb along said Street shall be painted ~N and shall bear a legend in
white letters thereon indicating that the maximum time limit for parking shall be
twenty-four (24) minutes and the Acting Director of Public Works is hereby directed
to cause said curb to be painted as next hereinabove described.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Santa Ana at its adjourned regula~
meeting held on the 26th day of September , 1955.
