VfH~EAS, the CITY OF SANTA ANA acquired certain property from MARGARET HALL
in consideration of the payment of $36,312.00 to be paid through escrow, for
the purpose of a school building location and a public park on the agreement with
the SANTA ANA SCHOOL DISTRICT that they would pay one-half of the purchase price
and accept one-half of the net area for school purposes;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the Clerk of the Council
are hereby directed to execute and deliver a grant deed in the name of the CITY
OF SANTA ANA, granting to SANTA ANA SCHOOL DISTRICT OF C~L~NGE COUNTY, whatever
right, title or interest the CITY may ha~e in and to that certain property de-
scribed as:
A portion of the land allotted to F. W. Koll in partition of the Rancho
Santiago de Santa Ana, recorded in book "B" of Judgments of the 17th
Judicial District Court of Los Angeles County, California located partly
in the City of Santa Ana, and in the County of Orange, State of Cali-
fornia, described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the center line of Standard Avenue South 0°
34' 10" West 132OOO1 feet from the intersection of the center line of
said Standard Avenue with the center line of McFadden Street; thence
South 89 15' 09" West 526.60 feet: thence South 0° 37' 15" West 557.85
feet; thence North 89° 56' 12" East ~47oO7 feet to the center line of
aaid Standard Avenue; thence North 0~ 34' lO" East 564.38 feet along
said center line of Standard Avenue to the point of beginning.
SUBJECT TO covenants, conditions, restrictions and rights-of-way of record.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha at its
adjourned regular meeting held on the 26th
