grant deed dated October 3, 1955 conveying property described as:
An easement for street purposes over the Westerly 5
feet of the followin~ described property:
The South $0 feet of the West 50 feet of Lot 7 in
Block 2 of Lyon's Addition to Santa Ama, in the City of
Santa Ama, County of Orange, State of California, as
shown on a map thereof recorded in Book 15, Page 49,
Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County, California.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ama
accepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed
to cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange
County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ama at its reticular meeting held on the 3rd day of October, 19~.
