CONCEHN~G PARKING LIMITATIONS AND CURB MARKINGS IN ACCORDANCE THEREWITH:
BE IT RESOLVED: That the parking limitations created by Resolution
No. 55-228, adopted on August 15, 1955, ordering the curb painted RED, as
follows:
NORTH SYCANORE
O~ the East side of Sycamore, between Second and Third Streets, as follows;
1. North 10 feet of the south 201 feet
2. North 10 feet of the south 251 feet
are hereby repealed and rescinded, and the Acting Director of Public Works
is hereby directed to cause the paint on said curb to be removed or covered.
BE IT ~JRTHER RESOLVED: That pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle
Code of the Sta~ of California and Section 3201 of the Santa Aha Municipal
Code, the City Council hereby establishes parking regulations and 14m~tations
as set forth in Section 3213 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code, as follows:
NORTH SYOANORE
On the East side of Sycamore, between Second and Third Streets, as follows:
1. North 19 feet of the South 251 feet
and said curb along said street shall be painted RED, and the Acting Director
of Public Works is hereby directed to cause the said curb to be painted as
hereinabove described.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Santa Aha at its regular
meeting held on the 7th .day of November , 1955.
