ACCEPTING GRANT DEED
WHEREAS, JAY BROOKS and MYRTLE BROOKS, husband and wife,
have presented to the City Council a grant deed dated October 26,
1955 conveying property in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange,
State of California, described as:
An easement for an underground pipe line for storm
drain purposes over the Northerly 30 feet of the
Easterly 250 feet of Lot I of Re-Plat of Santa Ana
Acres as shown on a Map recorded in Book 5, page 8
of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County,
California.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Arm
accepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instruc-
ted to cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of
Orange County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the ?th day of November ,
1955.
