ACCEPTING GRANT DEED
WHEREAS, H. F. DeWALD and OPAL DeWALD, husband and Wife, have
presented to the City Council a grant deed dated November 9th, 1955,
in consideration of payment of $325.00, conveying property in the
City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, described as:
PARCEL 1. The Easterly 10 feet of Lot 22 of Tract No. 662,
as shown on a map thereof recorded in Book 24, Page 17, Miscella-
neous Maps, Records of said Orange County.
PARCEL 2. A spandrel shaped parcel of land bounded Southerly
by the South line of said Lot 22, bounded Easterly by the West
line of Parcel l, and bounded Northwesterly by the arc of a curve
concave Northwesterly having a radius of 15.00 feet and tangent
to said South line of Lot 22, and tangent to said West line of
Parcel 1.
NOW, THEHEFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed
to cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange
County, California.
