ACCEPTING GRANT DEED
WI~EREAS, VERNA C. KRETZINGER, who acquired title as VERNA
VERMILLION~ has presented to the City Council a grant deed dated.
November 14, 1955 in consideration of payment of $240.00, conveying
property in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of Cali-
fornia, described as:
An easement for street purposes over the Easterly l0 feet of
the Westerly 16.67 feet of the following described property:
The West one-half of the South 50 feet of the following:
Beginning at a point 325 feet West of the Northeast corner of
Lot 4 in Block "A" of Hedges Addition to Santa Ana, as shown
on a map thereof recorded in Book 31, Page 48, Miscellaneous
Records of Los Angeles County, California, and running thence
North, parallel with the West line of Baker Street, 374 feet;
thence West 325 feet to the East line of Bristol Street; thence
South along the East line of Bristol Street, 374 feet to the
Northwest corner of Lot 19 in Block B of said Hedges Addition,
and thence East 325 feet to the point of beginning.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha ac-
cepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to
cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange
County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha
at its regular meeting held on the
