ACCEPTING GRANT DEED
'~IEREAS, RAYMOND C. CLARK and HELEN E. CLARK, husband and wife,
have presented to the City Council a grant deed dated November 16, 1955
in consideration of payment of $270.00, conveying property in the City
of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, described as:
An easement for street purposes over the following described
property:
The Easterly 10 feet of the Westerly 16.67 feet of Lo~ 21
in Block B of Hedges Addition to Santa Aha, as shown on a
map thereof recorded in Book 31, Page 48, Miscellaneous
Records of Los Angeles County, California.
NOW, ~MEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha ac-
cepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to
cause said deed to be recorded with the CountyRecorder of Orange
County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Arm
at its regular meeting held on the 21st day of .November , 1955.
