ACCEPTING GRANT DEED
WHEREAS, ANTONIO CORREA and RITA CORREA, husband and wife, have
presented to the City Council a grant deed dated November 4th, 1955.
in consideration of payment of $170.00, conveying property in the Cmty
of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of California, described as:
An easement for street purposes over the Easterly 7 feet of
the Westerly 17 feet of the Northerly 50 feet of the Southerly
100 feet of Lot i of Tract No. 33, as shown on a map thereof
recorded in Book 9, Page 31, Miscellaneous Maps, records of
said Orange County.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana ac-
cepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to
cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange
County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana
at its regular meeting held on the
