CONCERNING PARKING LIMITATIONSAND CURB MARKINGS IN ACCORDANCE THEREWITH:
BE IT RESOLVED THAT: The parking 11mttations created byResolution
No. 3823 ordering the curb painted C~.N, as follows:
SOUTH ~OADWAY
On the west side of South B~oadway, between First Street and Walnut Street,
as follows:
North 20 feet of the,South 197 feet
is hereby repealed and rescinded, and the Acting Director of Public Works
is hereby directed to cause the paint on said curb to be removed or covered.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle
'Code of the State of California and Section 3201 of the Santa Aha Municipal
Code, the City Council hereby establishes parking regn!ations and limitations
as set forth in Section 3215 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code, as follows:
SOUTH ,BROADWAY
On the west side of South B~oadway, between First Street and Walnut Street,
as follows:
North 20 feet of the South 183 feet
and said curb along said Street shall be painted GR~ and shall bear a legend
in white letters thereon indicating that the maximum time limit for parking
shall be twenty-four (2J+) m~nutes, and the Acting Director of Public Works is
hereby directed to cause said curb to be painted as next hereinabove described.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Santa Aha at its regular
meeting held on the 21st day of .~ovember , 1955.
