ACCEPTING GRANT DEED
WHEREAS, LAURENCE GRIPFITH BROOEE and ANNA B. BROOKS, husband
and wife, have presented to the City Council a grant deed dated
November 19th~ 1955 in consideration of payment of $260.00, conveying
property in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of Cal-
ifornia, described as:
The Easterly 10 feet of Lot 23 of Tract No. 662, in the
City of Santa Ana, as shown on a map thereof recorded in
Book 24, Page 17, Miscellaneous Maps, records of said
Orange County.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed
to cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of O~ange
County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana
at its regular meeting held on the 5th day of December , 1955.
