ACCEPTING GRANT DEED
WHEREAS, CHILDERS HATCHERY, a co-partnership, comprised of
EMMA CHILDERS, TESSIE BUTLER and MERTON BUTLER, have presented to
the City Council a grant deed dated November ll, 19~5 in consider-
ation of payment of $170.00, conveying property in the City of
Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, described as:
An easement for street purposes over the Westerly ? feet of
the following described p~operty:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of Lot i of the "Montgomery
Tract" also known as "Tract No. 33", as shown on a map thereof
recorded in Book 9, Page 31, Miscellaneous Maps, records of
said Orange County, running thence East along the South line
of said Lot, 130 feet; thence North and parallel to the West
line of said Lot, 50 feet; thence West and parallel to the
South line of said Lot l, a distance of 130 feet to the West
line of said Lot l; thence South along the West line of said
Lot, 50 feet to the point of beginning.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM the Westerly l0 feet thereof.
NOW, I'HEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana ac-
cepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to
cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange
County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana
at its regular meeting held on the
