ACCEPTING GRA~WT DEED
WHEREAS, CHILI)ERS HATCHERY, a co-partnership, comprised of
EMMA CHILI)ERS, TESSIE BUTLER and MERTON BUTLER, have presented to
the City Council a grant deed dated November ll, 1955 in consider-
ation of payment of $340.00, conveying property in the City of Santa
Ana, County of Orange, State of California, described as:
An easement for street purposes over the Easterly 7 feet
of the Westerly 17 feet of the Northerly 100 feet of
Lot i of Tract No. 33, as shown on a map thereof, re-
corded in Book 9, Page 31, Miscellaneous Maps, records
of said Orange County.
NOW, ~qEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana ac-
cepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to
cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange
County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana
at its regular meeting held on the ~th day of December ., 1955.
