ACCEPTING GRANT DEED
WHEREAS, MAX ZIMMER and PAULINE ZIMMER, FRANK C. HARRINGTON
and JUANITA HARRINGTON, C. G. WARD and MILDRED WARD, L. EARLE
PHILLIPS and GLADYS PHILLIPS, C. W. HESTER and NORA HESTER have
presented to the City Council a grant deed dated December 19, 1955
conveying property in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State
of California, described as:
An easement.for street purposes in and over that portion
of the SE~, SE~, Sec. 23, T. 5 S., R. l0 W., S.B.B. & M. in
the Rancho Santiago de Santa Ana described as follows:
Beginning at the Southeast Corner of said Section 23
as shown on a map of Tract No. 2207 recorded in Book 62,
Pages 23 and 24 of Miscellaneous Maps, r~cords of said
Orange County and running thence North 0v 10, 45" East
along the East line of said ~ection and center line of
Bristol Street as shown on said Tract No. 2207 Map, 1097659
feet to the boundary line of said Tract; thence North 89
49' 15" West along said boundary line 42.0 feet; thence
departing from said boundary lin~, South 0 10' 45" West,
parallel with said East line of Section 23, 1021.02 feet to
the beginning of a tangent curve, concave Northwesterly and
having a radius of 25.00 feet; thence Southwesterly along
said curve through a central angle of 89° 38' 00", a dis-
tance of 39.11 feet to a point of tangency with a line par-
allel with and distant Northerly 52.00 feet, measured at
right angles, from the South line of said Section 23, as
said Sou~th line is ehown on said Tract No. 2207 Map; thence
South 89v 48, 45" Nest, along said parallel line, ~68.00
feet to the East boundary of said Tract No. 2207; thence
South 0° ll' 15" East along said tract boundary 5~.00 feet
to said South line of Section 23; thence North 89 48' 45"
East along said South line, 73~.50 feet, to the point of
beginning.
