ACCEPTING GRANT DEED
~EREAS, MAUDE HOLLOWAY, HANNAH HOLLOWAY and ADA PREVOST have
presented to the City Council a grant deed dated November 3~, 1955
in consideration of payment of $560.00, conveying property ~n the City
of Eanta Ana, County of Orange, State of California, described as:
An easement for street purposes over the following described
property:
PARCEL l: The Westerly 7 feet of Lot 27 of Tract No. 474, as
saown on a map thereof recorded in Book 17, Page 18, Miscellaneous
Maps, records of said Orange County.
PARCEL 2: A spandrel shaped parcel of land bounded Southerly
by the Soutn line of said Lot 27, bounded Westerly by the Easterly
line of Parcel l, bounded Northeasterly by the arc of a curve con-
cave Northeasterly having a radius of 15.00 feet and tangent to said
South line of Lot 27 and tangent to said East line of Parcel 1.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ann ac-
cepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to
cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County,
California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana
at its regular meeting held on the 19th
