ACCEPTING GRANT DEED

WHEREAS, HARRY G. WETHERELL and VENICE WETHERELL, husband and
have presented to the City Council, a grant deed dated November 18,
in consideration of payment of $315.00 conveying property in the
of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, described as:
An easement for street purposes over the Easterly t0 feet
of the following described property:
Lot 1 and the South 14 feet of Lot 2 of Tract No. 662,
shown on a map thereof recorded in Book~24, Page 17,
Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange County.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana ac-
cepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to
cause said deed to be recorded wit.h the County Recorder of Orange
County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana
at its regular meeting held on the 19th day of December , 1955~
