CONCERNING PARKING LIMITATIONS AND CURB MARKINGS IN ACCORDANCE THEREWITH:
BE IT RESOLVED: That the parking l~mttations set forth in Resolution
No. 55-250, adopted September 26, 1955, and ordering the curb pain, ed RED,
as follows:
F!FI'H STREET
On the North side of Fifth Street, between Main Street and Bush Street, as follows:
East 8 feet of the West 130 feet
East 10 feet of the West lB& feet
East 10 feet of the West 2~0 feet
is hereby repealed and rescinded, and the Acting Director of Public Works is
hereby directed to cause the p~nt on said curb to be removed or covered.
BE IT FURTHER R~SOLVED: That p~rsuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code
of the State of California and Section 3201 of the Santa Aha Municipal Code, the
City Council hereby establishes parking regulations and 11mftations as set forth
in Section 3213 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code, as follows:
FIFTH STREET
On the North side of Fifth Street, Between Main Street and Bush Street, as follows:
East ~ feet of the West 126 feet
East 8 feet of the West 15& feet
East 10 feet of the West 199 feet
East 20 feet of the West 240 feet
and said curb along said street shall be painted RED, and the Acting Director of
'Public Works is hereby directed to cause said curb to be painted as hereinabove
described.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Santa Aha at its regular
meeting held on the 19th day of December , 1955.
