RESOLUTION NO. 56-1 ORDERING THE VACATION, ABANDON-
MENT, AND CLOSING 0~ A PORTION OF SPURGEON STREET
WHEREAS, heretofore, on the 5th day of December, 19~5 the City
Council adopted Resolution No. ~-298 declaring its intention to va-
cate a portion of Spurgeon Street, which said Resolution was published
and posted as required by law; and
WHEREAS, public hearing was duly held on the 3rd day of January,
19~6, upon due notice in said Resolution and said posted notices
contained;

City Council of the City of Santa Aha hereby finds, from all the evt-

Order vacating, abandoning and closing up for street purposes, that
portion of Spurgeon Street in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange,

A portion of Spurgeon Street lying between Twentieth
Street and the ~outhern Pacific Railroad Right-of-way.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha
