WHEREAS, J. W. HENTHORN has presented to the City Council a
~rant deed dated No~~h, 19~5 in consideration of payment of
970.00, conveying property in the City of Santa Aha, County of
Orange, State of California described as:
An easement for street purposes over that portion of the
Northerly 72.80 feet of Lot 32 of Tract No. 923, as shown on
a map thereof recorded in Book 29, Page l~, Miscellaneous Maps,
records of said Orange County, described as follows:
PARCEL l: The Nesterly l0 feet of said Lot 32.
PARCEL 2: A spandrel shaped parcel of land bounded Northerly
by the North line of said Lot 32, bounded Westerly by the Easterly
line of Parcel l, and bounded Southeasterly by the arc of a curve
concave Southeasterly, having a radius of l~.00 feet and tangent
to said North line of Lot~ and tangent to said East line of
Parcel 1.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha ac-
cepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to
cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange
County, California.
