RESOLUTION NO. 56-8 ACCEPTING
EASEMENT FOR RIGHT OF WAY.
WHEREAS, JANE C. AYF~S ~has presented to the City Council
of Santa Aha, California, a grant of easement for right of way for
Joint Outfall S~ purposes, for the use and benefit of the
cities of Santa Ana, Anaheim, Fullerton and Orange, all Municipal
Corporations, on, upon, under and across the parcel of land
described in said easement, a copy of which is attached hereto
and made a part of this Resolution by reference.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of
Santa Ana, acting for the aforesaid cities, accepts said easement
for right of way and the property hereinabove described.
