ACCEPTING GRANT DEED
WHEREA~, F~ED V. BENNETT has presented to the City Council a
grant deed dated January 20, 1956 conveying property described as:
An easement for street purposes over the Northerly 30feet
of the following described property:
Lot 9 of the Highland Btreet Tract, in the City of Santa Aha,
County of Orange, State of California, as shown on a map there-
of recorded in Book 6, Page 40, Miscellaneous Maps, records of
said Orange County.
NON, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed
to cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange
County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana
at its regular meeting held on the 6th day of Februa~ , 1956.
