ACCEPTING GRANT DEED
WHEREAS, GLENN H. STIVEP~ and EMMAC. STIVERS, husband and
wife as Joint tenants, an undivided one-half interest, and MORGAN A.
STIVERB and VIRGINIA STIVE~S, husband and wife as Joint tenants, an
undivided one-half interest, have presented t o the City Council a
grant deed dated January 12, 1956, conveying property in the City of
Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, described as:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over the
Northerly 30.00 feet of that portion of the James McFadden
allotment in the Rancho Santiago de Santa Aha described as
follows:
Commencing at the Southwest cor~er of Section 30~ Township 5
South, Range 9 West, S.B.B. & M.; thence Nort~ 0v 39' 45" East
1329.13 feet; thence South 88° 48, 15" East 957.00 feet,_said
point being the true point of beginning; thence South 88° 48,
15" East 120.00 feet; thence South 0 39' 45" West 169.84ofeet;
thence North 88° 52' 00" West 120.00 feet; thence North 0 39'
45" East 170.05 feet to,he true point of beginning.
NOW, ~tEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha ac-
cepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to
cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of 0r~_uge
County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City~ Council of the City of Santa Ana
at its regular meeting held on the oth day of February , 1956.
