ACCEPTING GRANT DEED
WHEREAS, THE SISTEP~ OF ST. JOSEPH OF ORANGE, a Corporation,
as trustee under the will of JESSEE M. BURI~W, deceased, and the de-
cree of Distribution of his estate, a certified copy thereof being
recorded December 8th, 1952 in Book 2421, page 68 of Official Records,
subject to the terms and conditions as cc~tained in said decree refer-
ence being hereby n~de to the record thereof for further particulars,
have presented to the City Council a grant deed dated January 18th,
1956, conveying property in the City of '~anta Ana, County of Orange,
State of California, described as:
An easement for street purposes over the Westerly 5
feet of the following described property:
The South 145 feet of Lot 1 in Block A of Blee's Second
Addition to the Town of Santa Ana, as shown on a Map re-
corded in Book 30, page 75 of Miscellaneous Records of Los
Angeles County, California.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed
to cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange
County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha
at its regular raeeting held on the ..~th day of February , 1956.
