CONCERNING PARKING LIMITATIONS AND CURB MARKINGS IN ACCORDANCE THEREWITH:
BE IT RESOLVED: That the parking limitations set forth in Resolution
No. 3747, adopted February 21, 1949, and ordering the curb painted YE.~.T~]W, as
follows:
SECOND STREET
On the South side of Second Street, between Broadway and Sycamore, as follows:
East 18 feet of the West 28 feet
and, Resolution No. 3885, adopted December 19, 1949, and ordering the curb
painted YEL_LOW, as follows:
SECOND STREET
On the South side of Second Street, between Broadway and Sycamore, as follows:
East 44 feet of the West 157.2 feet
are hereby repealed and rescinded, and the Acting Director of Public Works is
hereby directed to cause the paint on said curb to be removed or covered.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That pursuant to the provisions of the vehicle
Code of the State of California and Section 3201 of the Santa Aha Municipal Code,
the City Council hereby establishes parking regulations and limitations as set
forth in Section 32/8 of the Santa Aha Municipal Code, as follows:
SECOND STREET
On the South side of Second Street, between Broadway and Sycamore, as follows:
East 25 feet of the West 45 feet
East 44 feet of the West 162 feet
and said curb along said street shall be painted YELLOW, and the Acting Director
of Public Works is hereby directed to cause said curb to be painted as hereinabove
described.
