ACCEPTING GRANT DEED
WHEREAS, DIKE AND COLEGROVE, a partnership, have presented to
the City Council ~rant deed dated February 13, 1956, conveying
property in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of Call-
fornia described as:
An easement for the construction and maintenance of water
mains, together with the right of ingress and egress over, under
and along the South 5 feet of Lot 26 and the North 5 feet of
Lot 27 of Tract No. 2.483, as shown on a map thereof recorded
in Book 86, Pages 3, ~ and 5, Miscellaneous Maps, records of
said Orange County.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana ac-
cepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to
cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange
County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana
at its regular meeting held on the 20th day of .February ,1~56.
