ACCEPTING GRANT DEED
WHEREAS, ALLSTATE INSURANCE COMPANY, a Corporation, has presented
to the City Council ~ 'grant deed dated February 9th, 1956, conveying
property in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of CalifOrnia,
described as:
An easement for street purposes over the Southerly Seven ~7)
feet of the following described portions of Lots 15 and lb of
the Mabury Tract~ being the tract shown on a map thereof re-
corded in Book 165, Page 300, Deeds of Los Angeles County,
Califo~nia, said portions of said lots being:
(a) That portion of Lot 16 of said Mabury Tract lying
East of the right-of-way of the Santa Ana Freeway,
as presently established;
(b) The West 15 feet of said Lot 15.
NOW, ~HEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana ac-
cepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to
cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange
County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana
at its regular meeting held on the 20th day of Februa~ , 1956.
