ACCEPTING QUITCLAIM DE~D
WHEREAS, BANK OF AMERICA NATIONAL TRUST AND SAVINGS ASSOCIATION
has.presented to ~'~ty Council a quitclaim deed dated February 1~,
1956, conveying property in the City of Sauta Aha, County of Orange,
State of California, described as:
An Easement for road purposes over the North 30 feet of
land described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the West line of Section 30, Town-
shlp~5 South, Range 9 West, S. B. B. & M., which said point
is 644.75 feet North from the Southwest corner of said Section,
running thence North along the West line of said Section,
684.38 feet, thence East 2055.31 feet to the Northwest corner
of the Seccombe Tract, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 8,
page 89 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, Cali-
fornia; thence South along the West line of said Seccombe Tract
675.58 feet to a point 64~.92 feet North from the Southwest cor-
ner of said Seccombe Tract; thence West 2036.19 feet to the
point of beginning.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana ac-
cepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to
cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County,
California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana
