ACCEPTING GRANT DEED
WHEREAS, JOSEPH W. ALT0~ a single man, has presented to the
City Council a grant deed dated January ll, 1956 conveying property
in the County of Orange, State of California, described as:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over the
Northerly 30.00 feet of that portion of the James McFadden
allotment in the Rancho Santiago de Santa Ana described as
follows:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of Section 30, Township
5 South, Range 9 West, $.B.B. & M.; runnin~ thence North 0°
39' 45" East 1329.13 feet; thence South 88 48' 15" East 502
feet to the point of beginning of the lot herein described,
and runnlnz thence from said poi~t of bezinning South 88° ~8'
15" East 6~ feeS; thence South 0 39' 45" West 170.48 feet;
thence North 88° 52' 00" West 64 feet; thence North 0° 39' 45"
East 170.55 feet to the point of beginning.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana ac-
cepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to
cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange
County, California.
PASSED AlfD ADOPTED by the City Council of the City 'of Santa Aha
at its regular meeting held on the 20th day of February ., 1956.
