ACCEPTING GRANT DEED
WHEREAS, J. W. AL~0N and FRANCES ALTON, husband and wife as
Joint tenants, have presented to the City Council a grant deed dated
January ll, 1956, conveying property in the County of Orange, State of
Califomia, described as:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over the
Northerly 30.00 feet of that portion of the James McFadden al-
lotment in the Rancho Santiago de Santa Ana described as follows:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of Section 30, Township
5 South, Range 9 West, S.B.B. & M., and r~ning thence Nort~ 0°
39' 45- East 1329.13 feet; thence South 88048' 15" East 756
feet to the point of beginning of the lot he rein described, and
running from said point of beginning South 88° 48' 15" East 134
feet; thence South 0~ 39' 45" West 17Q.13 feet; thence North 88°
52' 00" West 134 feet; thence North 0u 39' 45" East 170.27 feet
to the point of beginning.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha ac-
cepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to
cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange
County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana
at its regular meeting held on the 20th day of Fo. trusty , 1956.
