HomeMy WebLinkAbout56-048RESOLUTION NO. 56-48 ACCEPTING GRANT DEED WHEREAS, J, W. ALTO~N and PRANCES E. ALTON, husband and wife as joint tenants, have presented to the City Council a grant deed dated January ll, 1956, conveying property in the County of Orange, State of California, described as: An easement for road and public utility purposes over the Northerly 30.00 feet of that portion of the James McFadden allotment in the Rancho Santiago de Santa Ana described as follows: Beginning at the Southwest corner of Section 30, Township 5 South, Range 9 West, S.B.B. & M.; runntn~ thence North 0© 39' 45" East 1329.13 feet; thence South 88 48' 15" East lB3 feet to the point of beginning of the Lot herein described, and running from said point of beginning South 88° 48' 15" East 63 feet; thence South 0° 39' 45" ~est 170.83 feet;, thence North 88° 52' West 63 feet; thence North 0° 39' 45" East 170.90 feet to the point of beginning. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana ac- cepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby inst~cted to cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California. PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha at its regular meeting held on the 20th day of Februa ~ry , 1956.
