ACCEPTING GRANT DEED
WHEREAS, PAUL F. BENT and DOROTHY M. BENT, husband and wife,
as Joint tenants, have pr~aented to the City Council a gran~ deed
dated February 17, 1956 in consideration of payment of $356.00, con-
veying property dascrtbed as:
An easement for street purposes over: The Westerly 10 feet
of the following: Beginning at a point which is 325 feet
West of a point 3?4 feet North (measured parallel with the
Westerly line of Baker Street) from the Northeast corner of
Lot 4 in Block "A" of "Hedges Addition to Sm~ta Ana", in the
City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, as
shown on a map thereof recorded in Book 31, Page 48, Miscella-
neous Records of Los Angeles CountM, California; thence from
said point of beginning West 318-1/3 feet ~o the Easterly line
of Bristol Street as now laid out and established; thence
Southerly along s~id Easterly line of Bristol Street, 74 feet;
thence East 31U-l/3 feet; thence Northerly along a line parallel
with the Westerly line of Ba~er Street, 74 feet to the point of
beginning.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana ac-
cepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to
cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange
County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana
at its regular meeting held on the 20th day of Februa{y , 1956.
