ACCEPTING GRANT DEED
WHEREAS, LYDIA HARRIS, a widow, and~GRACE A. HARRIS, a widow,
have presented to the~y Council a grant deed date~uary 22,
1956 in consideration of payment of $192.00, conveying property in
the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, de-
scribed as:
An easement for street purposes over the Westerly l0 feet of
the following:
Lot 28 and ~e South 3 feet of Lot 29 of Tract No. 923, as shown
on a map thereof recorded in Book 29, Page 14, Miscellaneous Maps,
records of said Orange County.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana ac-
cepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to
cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange
County, California.
