WHEREAS, BLANCHE A. M~RKS, a widow, has presented to the
City Council a grant deed dated February 28, 1956 in consideration
of payment of $685.00, conveying property in the City of Santa Ana,
County of Orange, State of California, described as:
An easement for street purposes over the following described
property:
PARCEL l: The Easterly l0 feet of the South H~!f of Lot 3
and the Easterly l0 feet of Lots 4 and 5 in Block A of Tract No.
671, as sho~m on a map thereof recorded in Book 24, Page 32,
Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County,~ California.
PARCEL 2: That portion of said Lot 5 described as a spandrel
shaped parcel of land bounded Southerly by the South line of said
Lot 5, bounded Easterly by the West line of Parcel l, and bounded
Northwesterly by the arc of a curve concave Northwesterly, having
a radius of 15.00 feet and tangent to said South line of Lot 5,
and tangent to said West line of Parcel 1.
NOW, ~HEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha
accepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to
cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange
County, California.
