ACCEPTING GRANT DEED
WHEREAS, STANLEY G. ALEXANDER and ELEANOR M. ALEXANDER,
husband and wife, as joint ten--ave presented to the City Council
a grant deed dated February 22, 1956, in consideration of payment of
$179.00, conveying property in the City of Sauta Ana, County of Orange,
State of California, described as:
An easement for street purposes over the Westerly l0 feet
of the following: Lot i of Tract No. 839, as shown on a
map thereof recorded in Book 25, Page 42, Miscellaneous Maps,
records of said Orange County.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed
to cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange
County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 5th day of ~..larch , 1956.
