ACCEPTING GRANT DEED
WHEREAS, SYBLE B. C~Q~, an unmarried woman, and LeROY
S_9.Q~ON and CAROLYN LEE SCOTTON, husband and wife, have presented to
the City Council a grant deed dated February 27, 1956 in consider-
ation of payment of $179.00, conveying property in the City of Santa
Ana, County of Orange, State of California, described as:
An easement for street purposes over the Westerly l0 feet
of the following: Lot 3 of Tract No. 839, as shown on a
map thereof recorded in Book 25, Page 42, Miscellaneous Maps,
Records of said Orange County.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed
to cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange
County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
