ACCEPTING GRANT DEED
WHEREAS, EDWIN BENNETT and ELIZABETH W. BENNETT, husband and
wife, as Joint tenants,~ presented to the City Council a grant
deed dated February 22, 19~6 in consideration of payment of $181.~0,
conveying property in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State
of California, described as:
An easement for street purposes over the Westerly l0 feet of
the following: Lot 27 of Tract No. 923, as shown on a map
thereof recorded in Book 29, Page 14, Miscellaneous Maps, rec-
ords of said Orange County.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana ac-
cepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to
cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange
County, California.
