ACCEPTING GRANT DEED
WHEREAS, FRED M. ~and ALBERTA KELLY, husband and wife, as
joint tenants, have presented to the City Council a grant deed dated
February 22, 1956 in consideration of payment of $181.50, conveying
property in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of Cali-
fornia, described as:
An easement for street purposes over the ~esterly 10 feet of
the following: Lot 26 of Tract No. 923, as shown on a map
thereof recorded in Book 29, Page l~, Miscellaneous Maps,
records of said Orange County.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana ac-
cepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to
cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange
County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Gouncil of the City
at its regular meeting held on the
