ACCEPTING GRANT DEED
WHEREAS, ARNOLD FRANK SC I_~G, a married man, has presented
to the City Council a grant deed dated February 22, 1956, in consider-
ation of payment of $172.00, conveying property in the City of Santa
Aha, County of Orange, State of California, described as:
An easement for street purposes over the Westerly 10 feet
of the following: Lot 29 of Tract 923, as shown on a map
thereof recorded in Rook 29, Page 14, Miscellaneous Maps,
records of said Orange County;
EXCEPTING THEREFROM the South 3 feet thereof.
N0W, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha
accepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed
to cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange
County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana
at its regular meeting held on the 5~h day of March , 1956.
