ACCEPTING GRANT DEED
WHEREAS, CLARENCE E. GO~E and IRENE J. GONE, husband and wife,
as Joint tenants, have~presen~'~to the City Council a grant deed
dated February 22, 1956 in consideration of payment of $181.50, con-
veying property in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of
Califomia, described as:
An easement for street purposes over the Westerly l0 feet
of the following: Lot 25 of Tract No. 923, as shown on a
map thereof recorded in Book 29, Page 14, Miscellaneous Maps,
records of said Orange County.
NOW,'THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed
to cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange
County, California.
