ACCEPTING GRANT DEED
WHEREAS, HUGH A. M~and KA~tRYN E. MclNTYRE, husband and
wife, have presented to th~'~ity Council a grant deed dated November
ll, 1955, in consideration of payment of $220.00, con~eying property
in the City of Sauta Ana, County of Orange, State of California, de-
scribed as:
An easement for street purposes over the Easterly 10 feet of
Lot 25 of Tract No. 662, as shown on a map thereof recorded
in Book 24, Page 17, Miscellaneous Maps, records of said
Orange County.
EXCEPTING T[FEREFROM the Northerly 5 feet thereof.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana ac-
cepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to
cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange
County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana
at its regular meeting held on the 19th day of March ., 1956.
