ACCEPTING GRANT D~D
WHEREAS, MAUDIE M. V~S, a widow, has presented to the City
Council agrant deed dated o~ber 14, 1955 in consideration of pay-
ment of $240.00, conveying property in the City of Santa Ana, County
of Orange, State of California, described as:
An easement for street purposes over the Easterly l0 feet of
the following described property: That portion of the North-
east quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section ll, Township
5 South, Range l0 West, San Bernardino Base and Meridian, de-
scribed as follows:
The North 50 feet of the South half of the East 163.45 feet
of the following: Beginning at a point 40.60 chains South of
the Common corner of Sections l, 2, ll and 12, in Township
5 South, Range l0 West, San Bernardino Base and Meridian;
thence Nest ~.65 chains; thence South 6.12 chains; thence East
4.65 chains and thence North 6.12 chains to the point of be-
ginning.
NOW, THEREF0~E, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Arm ac-
cepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to
cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorde~ of Orange
County, California.
