ACCEPTING GRANT DEED

WHEREAS, ~ANTA ANA JUNIOR ~LLEGE DISTRICT has, in considera-
tion of the CIT~~T~a~IT~-~ c~-~mbination curb and gutter
30 feet West of the center line of Bristol Street, surfacing the area
between existing pavement and gutter and installing sidewalk where
necessary over the easement herein gr~nted, presented to the City
Council a deed dated February 23, 1956 conveying an easement for
street purposes over property in the City of Santa Ana, County of
Orange, State of Galifornia, described as:
An easement over the following described land:
PARCEL l: ?ne Easterly 40 feet of Section Eleven, Township
Five South, R~nge Ten West, S.B.B. & M., lying between the North
line of said Section and the North llne of Tract No. 758, as shown
on a Map recorded in Book 23, page 26 of Hiscellaneous Haps, rec-
ords of Orange County, California.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM those portions thereof previously dedi-
cated for Bristol Street and Seventeenth Street.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM a strip of land 20 feet wide off the
Eest side for road purposes.
ALSO EXCEPTING THEREFROM the ~est l0 feet of the East 30 feet
thereof, as granted to the City of Santa Ana for street purposes
by deed recorded July 25th, 1925 in Book 591, page 223 of Deeds.
PARCEL 2: A spandrel bounded on the East by Parcel No. i on
the North by a line 25 feet South of and measured at right angles
to the center line of Seventeenth Street, and by an arc concave
Southwesterly having a radius of 25 feet and tangent to said
Northerly and Easterly boundaries of Parcel No. 2.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of ~anta Ama ac-
cepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to
cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange
County, California.
