ACCEPTING GRANT DEED
~ERF~, WALTER H. I~RT COMPANY, a Corporation, has presented
to the City Council a granted dated January 23, 1956, in consider-
ation of payment of $1,120.00, conveying property in the City of Santa
Ana, County of Orange, State of California, described as:
An easement for sanitary sewer purposes over the Westerly 15
feet of the following described property:
The North half of the West half of Lot "C" of S~afford and
Tustin Tract, in the County of Orange, St.ate of ~allforn~a, as
per map recorded in Book 2, Page 61~ of ~scellaneous Records,
in the office of the County Recorder of Los Angeles County,
California.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana ac-
cepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to
cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange
County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council
at its regular meeting held on the 19th
