ACCEPTING GRANT DEED
WHEREAS, LOUIS H. REINKING and FRanCES L. REINKING, husband
and wife as Joint tenants,~ve presented to the City Council a grant
deed dated January 18, 1956, conveying property in the City of Santa
Aha, Cournty of Orange, State of California, descried as:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over the
Northerly 30.00 feet of that portion of the James McFadden allot-
ment in the Rancho Santiago de Santa Ana described as follows:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of Section 30, Township ~
South, Range 9 West, $.B.B. & M., and ~unn~ng thence North 00
39' 45" East 1329.13 feet; thence South 88° ~8' 15" East 1542 feet
to the point of beginning of the lot he rein described and running
from sa~d point of beginning South 88° 48' 15" Eas~ 64 feet; thence
S~uth 0v 39' 45" Nest 1~9.35 feet; thence North 88 52' 00" West
64 feet; thence North 0v 39' 45" East 169.42 feet to the poLut of
beginning.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha ac-
cepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to
cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange
County, California.
PAS~ED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha
at its regular meeting held on the 19th day of March , 1956.
